Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor or Master’s degree)
- PE (mechanical / Plumbing) License holder in one or more US states
- 5 to 15 years of work experience in US construction industry
- US Construction Code Knowledge
- Effective Communication
Role & Responsibility:
- Regular travelling throughout the US for meetings with clients & prospects
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and professional associations
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing new business
- Ensure onboarding of new clients and bridge the gap between client and production team
- Build relations with clients and monitor the upcoming projects and projections
- Support the production team to understand the client requirements and specifications and execute the projects successfully
- Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication between customer and production team
- Demonstrate a sense of pride and adhere to high standards and quality personally and in their work product and services
- Train and develop the production team as required
