- Ability to work independently while being a part of an organization that stresses teamwork
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to “market” the Employee Assistance Program to employees and managers
- Has initiative and energy
- Can work closely with US CBP chaplains and peer support members
- Independent State license for Mental Health- see below for descriptions of licenses
- Part time jobs are ideal for a private practitioner who wants to supplement their practice or supplement another part time job.
- Desires professional security and stability. We have been the EAP for CBP for 12 years and recently renewed the contract for another 5 years.
- Must have a license that enables you to work in the state of New Jersey with Mental Health clients within 90 days of hire
Schedules are roughly 8a-5p M-F. Some schedule flexibility is needed to sometimes especially support early morning (6a) muster meetings, or early evening muster meetings (8p) for example, or critical incident, trauma responses. No on call duty.
