- Supports consumers in achieving measurable outcomes to address new and ongoing consumer care challenges.
- Adheres to the Adult Mental Health Rehabilitation Services standards (AMHRS).
- Achieves a high level of consumer and customer satisfaction by responding in a timely manner to consumer complaints and grievances.
- Educates and monitors consumer medications, observe medication logs, and complete monthly medication audits.
- Coordinates supportive services based on consumer needs.
- Maintains company vehicle in accordance with required policies and procedures.
- Inspects the physical environment at the start and end of each shift to determine deficiencies that will need remediation.
- Provides high-quality services in accordance with Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP).
- Accurately documents services in accordance with required timeframes with policy and procedures using the electronic health record.
- Maintains a safe clean environment of care (EOC) including signing off on fire drills.
- Complies with regulatory training requirements. Training must be completed 14 days prior to expiration to avoid interruption of services.
- Facilitates monthly scheduling of staff for multiple sites.
- Leads the verification of timesheets for payroll processing.
- Participates in budgetary discussions and planning.
- Ensures compliance standards are met for all auditing agencies.
- Ensures audits of billing for designated sites are carried out weekly and reporting is sent to the Site Supervisor.
- Provides ongoing mentorship to staff
- Creates and maintains organizational tools for the ongoing compliance of documentation.
- Oversee house inventory supplies within budgetary limits.
- Must have an intermediate level of computer experience with the ability to learn new computer programs.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be flexible and compassionate when working with consumers
