Description
Enriching the library experience for customers by providing customer service that connects library customers to information, resources and services by shelving and organizing library materials.
**Salary will be determined depending on qualifications of candidates who exceed the minimum requirements as outlined within the job description.
**Additional compensation based on licensure.
Essential Functions

Under limited supervision, assists in organizing and maintaining the library's collection and appearance by retrieving and shelving books and other library materials.
Promotes good customer service by facilitating a welcoming environment, keeping the library clean and organized by ensuring books, newspapers, magazines, and other resources are in the correct location.
Promotes high quality customer service in support tasks, as assigned.
Additional Duties:
Performs other related work as required.
In the event of an emergency, all employees are considered essential personnel and may be required to perform alternative duties.
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess a high school diploma or GED and meet the County's minimum age requirement of 18.
A comparable amount of education, training, or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
