Our Library at Home team is growing! This team delivers library materials, information services, and library programming to individuals who cannot visit a library branch in person. Our new Library at Home Supervisor will lead a team of talented outreach specialists who ensure that lifelong learning and discovery is accessible to everyone in the community. Reporting to the Director of Community Partnerships and Programs, the supervisor will also work closely with community partners, the staff of local senior living facilities, and library staff across the county.

- Anticipating compensation range to be $50K - $64K, dependent on comparable and related experience

What Skills Would Set You Apart?
- Proven success in leadership abilities
- Experience in outreach and connection with the community; experience with seniors preferred
- Project management skills and experience
- Proven strong organizational and administrative skills
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND four (4) years of related professional experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Valid Driver's License
- State of Indiana Public Librarian Certification (LC5) within first three years
