Primary Responsibilities
- Completes all tasks related to running the main service desk and the circulation of materials, as well as the children's desk
- Provides excellent customer service
- Assists computer users with printing, email, word processing, and other technology questions
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency with computers and technology
- Demonstrable record of customer service experience
- Ability to work effectively with staff and the public in a professional manner
- Reliability
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish
- Previous library experience
- College-level coursework
- Previous work with children or teens
We will be hiring for one 20 hour/week position.
The regular schedule is Mon-Fri, occasional Saturdays may be offered
