Seeking a reliable and versatile Personal Assistant to provide support for work and personal tasks for a work-from-home professional with executive dysfunction and delayed sleep phase disorder. The ideal candidate should be reliable, organized, and able to handle a diverse range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support with organization and focus
- Manage task lists and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage calendars and email
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Assist with medication prompting and tracking
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
- Comfortable providing one-on-one support in a home-office environment
- Able to help a professional stay on track and complete work more efficiently
- Committed to handling confidential information with discretion
- Able to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Able to adjust plans and priorities in response to changing circumstances
- Able to keep a professional's calendars organized and up-to-date using Google calendars
- Able to monitor a professional's email inboxes and ensure timely responses using Gmail and Microsoft Outlook
- Comfortable learning new apps and software
- Experience with meal preparation and meal planning
- Able to perform light housekeeping
- Comfortable assisting with medication reminders and tracking
- Willing to learn about long-Covid syndrome, executive dysfunction, and delayed sleep phase disorder
- Comfortable with pets, including high-energy dogs and small animals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Has own transportation and valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
