About the Role:
This team is comprised of both fulltime and contract engineers. The internship would involve assisting with the growth of our Automated Testing Suite, as well as the automation of data collection for those tests. Finding efficiencies through automation can provide significant time savings, and people can be re-skilled in other necessary areas. This helps Liberty to save money longer term as well. The intern will be greatly supported by multiple mentors on the team.
This team uses a mix of technologies and tools: React, Node.js, Typescript.
*Please note that you are not expected to know all these technologies. We offer self-paced and on-the-job training opportunities as part of our onboarding process.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- You're working towards a degree in a technical discipline or equivalent training and certifications
- You have a proven track record of academic success
- You are fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions now or in the future
- You are familiar with various IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies
- You have a general knowledge of design and development tools
- You're fluent with at least one or more object-oriented software development languages
- You are passionate about learning and growing your technical skillset

Internships for 2024 will start on either May 20th, June 3rd, or June 17th, and are expected to last for at least 10 weeks.
