Job Description:
· Performs Basic skills for assembly functions, which may include: prep, mechanical, harness, cable, printed circuit board subassemblies, under direction from training personnel.
· May perform soldering and installation of components to contract/customer specifications using a wide range of tools and equipment
· Interpret Process Flow Instructions and comprehend other written or verbal instruction
· Responsible and accountable for producing quality work to prescribed standards, with a focus on continuous improvement to meet customer commitments on schedule, within budget and to SPC (Statistical Process Control) standard practices
Essential Responsibilities:
1.) Follow direction from department Supervisor and/or Lead personnel.
2.) Follow company safety and general rules
3.) Keep work area clean
4.) Ability to follow drawings and work instructions to produce quality product per customer specifications
5.) Ability to push, and pull, and lift up to 30lbs.
6.) Ability to read and build to blueprints

Education and Experience:
High School education and /or 0-2 years of experience in position or specialization.
RIC will supply on the job training as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
