Must be able to work under limited supervision once initial product training has been provided. Must be able to manage individual programs from the time parts are issued to completion of all Assembly operations.
Must be able to communication work status to various departments. Work includes but is not limited to having the ability to the soldering components, wire semi-rigid and coaxial cables. Must be able to working with adhesives and the insertion of various hardware in small to medium size antennas.
Must be able to work to detailed instructions that are provided on computer. Essential Functions: Must have experience soldering of through-hole and surface mount components Preparing and application of various adhesives Working with small screws and other hardware. Basic electrical wiring Follow detailed instructions on a computer Measure material with weight scale Qualifications: Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience soldering of semi-rigid and coaxial cables. Soldering certification per IPC J-STD-001 In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $39,500 - $73,500.
