Job Description:
Responsible for SBA Loan Servicing focused on high level customer service and complex technical support to SBA and USDA lending partners.
Responsible for servicing of SBA loans within the parameters set forth in the SBA Servicing and Liquidation SOP, for all Vital Financials partner banks and their respective lenders.
Responsible for onboarding and ongoing training of LSP’s partner banks in the areas of servicing and liquidation.
Participates in strategic discussions with LSB’s Government Guaranteed Lending Department.
High level of collaboration with the Lending Leadership team including the SBA Operations Manager.
Remain current and maintain a strong knowledge of SBA standard operation procedures, in all aspects of servicing and liquidation.
Act as a resource for the processing of complex SBA servicing requests through all SBA Loan Servicing systems.
Assists in collecting documentation for servicing and/or liquidation packages required from banks to complete servicing actions and/or liquidation packages.
Assist in the bidding, assembly, and processing of secondary market loan sales for partner banks.
Interact and Communicate with SBA Loan Servicing Centers and the SBA Herndon Liquidation Center.
Represents Lincoln Savings Bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Including participating in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as defined by SBA Operations Manager.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
Strong analytic and problem-solving ability
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple loan transaction skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5+ years of SBA servicing and liquidation process experience, preferably in Commercial lending is preferred
