We are currently hiring a Servicing Analyst to join our team.
In this role, the Servicing Analyst will help manage a $386MM+ portfolio of plaintiff and attorney advances. The Servicing Analyst will join a team of on-shore and off-shore Servicing Analysts (~10 FTEs) with a primary goal of servicing a growing portfolio. Servicing’s main objective is to protect deployed capital by working closely with the assigned attorneys and their office staff, as well as US Claims underwriting and sales teams. The Servicing Analyst reports to the Servicing Manager.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop relationships with attorneys and law firms’ staff and obtain updates on case and settlement status.
- Assess and review risk as cases progress and capture those updates in our CRM system. Evaluate matters requiring action related to adverse case actions, including recommendations for write-offs, or escalations to our internal legal department.
- Manage dashboard of portfolio of cases
- Search, review, and analys results of docket searches. Interpret court docket documents, document, and note action items.
- Update Microsoft CRM with additional information received.
- Outbound calls to obtain compliance data for cases and advances.
Education, Skill & Experience Requirements
- Paralegal certification preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in searching and interpreting court dockets in state and federal courts throughout the U.S.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining professional, quality work product.
- High effective project management skills with a self-starter aptitude and the ability to be self-directed.
