MUST:
5+ years legal experience in business, commercial, and administrative law
Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Westlaw/Lexis and DocuSign
Strong analytical and writing skills
Strong computer skills
Professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to manage a varied workload
Bachelor's degree preferred
DUTIES:
Preparing and reviewing contracts, leases, purchase and sale agreements.
Forming and maintaining business entities.
Preparing and analyzing business documents such as bylaws, minutes, consents, resolutions, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements.
Performing and summarizing federal and state legal research.
Conducting due diligence and review/analysis of commercial and real estate matters.
Maintaining client records and documents, both paper and electronic.
Assisting with Corporate Transparency Act compliance.
Handling information requests to and from other law firm personnel.
Providing litigation support.
Undertaking and performing other tasks and projects assigned by law firm management from time to time.
