OTC Markets Group is seeking a 1L or 2L law student to join our in-house Legal Department for the summer in NYC.  OTC Markets Group operates financial marketplaces for over 12,000 U.S. and global securities. 

Please note OTC Markets is currently operating in a hybrid work environment (three days in office, two days remotely).

We are seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial law student interested in gaining corporate, in-house experience in the fields of finance, technology, and capital markets.  The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in securities and corporate law, have strong research, writing, and organizational skills, and excellent academic credentials.

The Legal Intern will report directly to the Company's Assistant General Counsel and will provide an outstanding opportunity for law students to work on exciting legal issues and learn about all aspects of corporate law, including contract review, SEC and FINRA regulations, policy research, and corporate governance work.
This is a paid opportunity: $30/hour.
