Legal Help Desk Tech

Our client, a leading law firm in Bergen County, NJ is seeking a Help Desk Tech to join the firm.

Hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities include: 

• Providing hardware/software technical assistance to users.
• Troubleshooting, support and provide general assistance to senior technical staff.
• Setup video conferences on Teams and Zoom 
•  Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies. 
• Provide, on a rotating basis, after hours on-call coverage for end user support.

• 2+ years experience with Microsoft Windows 10 desktop environment. Computer desktop and laptop hardware repair and knowledge. 
• Microsoft Office 2016 with strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, iManage, Smartphones and mobile devices. 
• Travel to remote offices is a possibility.
• Law firm or professional service firm background required.
