SalaryWe are working on an exclusive search on behalf of a publicly traded company looking to hire a well credentialed attorney to support one of their multi-billion-dollar business lines. This is a fully remote position with minimal travel. This attorney will serve as primary counsel for the business unit; providing business-minded legal advice and counsel to internal stakeholders; drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various agreements and other business documents; and managing outside counsel on litigation matters among other responsibilities. *They will consider litigators who want to move over to the corporate side.*
To be considered, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A proven self-starter, results oriented with a desire to learn and adapt to the needs of the business.
- Have at least 5+ years of experience at a US law firm. In-house experience is a plus.
- Experience handling complex commercial matters and/or contractual disputes.
- The ability to think with an entrepreneurial mindset and give clear and efficient advice and counsel to business stakeholders.
- Be admitted to, and in good standing of, a US State Bar.
- Candidate must be based in either the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
Base salary for this role within the $150k – $165k range plus a bonus and LTI.
