Job description
Rode Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for someone just starting out in the legal field. We are looking for a motivated Legal Assistant with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys.
- Answer phone calls and provide visitors with appropriate guidance.
- Write letters, memos, and faxes.
- Transcribe and analyze documents.
- Monitor and maintain files.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience:
·Prior legal assistant experience is preferred but not required. The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, organized, have the ability to multi-task, work independently, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
·The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment with other attorneys.
·The successful candidate must have good time management skills under pressure with strong communication and time management abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.85 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
