SalaryTarolli, Sundheim, Covell & Tummino LLP is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Legal Secretary/Paralegal. Responsibilities include: preparation, filing and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patents, U.S. and foreign trademarks and copyright applications. IP docket knowledge is a plus. This position is responsible for performing a variety of legal secretarial/paralegal duties.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Patent filing and Prosecution experience in a law firm
- Experience with domestic and foreign documents
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook (CPI a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in an effective manner
- Ability to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines
