A busy, growing insurance defense firm has an opening for a Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience handling personal injury litigation files. The position will focus on bodily injury, medical malpractice and liability cases.

- E-file - State and Federal
- Draft discovery, pleadings, motions, subpoenas and general correspondence
- Support attorneys and paralegals
- 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience required (plaintiff or defense)
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self-starter who can work well in a team environment
