Legal Assistant

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and experienced Legal Assistant to add to our creative and client-centered team. Key Responsibilities:

• Document Management: Assist with the creation, editing, and formatting of legal documents and contracts. Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat is crucial.
• Calendar Management: Keep attorney schedules in perfect harmony, coordinating appointments, meetings, court dates, and critical deadlines.
• Client Communication: Be the harmonious liaison that maintains professional communication channels with our esteemed clients.
• File Management: Command the stage with impeccable electronic file organization ensuring all documents are accessible and confidentiality is maintained.
• Data Entry: Ensure our case management system reflects the most up-to-date information with precision.
• Administrative Support: Conduct the orchestra of daily office tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and coordinating various office services.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of prior experience as a Legal Assistant (1-3 years of prior experience preferred)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skillset with a high attention to detail
• Independence in executing tasks with minimal supervision
• Experience with Macs, e-filing, and document management systems
• A track record of trustworthiness and reliability

Bonus Points for Candidates with:

• Experience with Clio, Lawmatics, and NetDocuments
• Proficiency in both transactional and litigation matters
• Trademark experience
• Stellar grammar skills and great phone etiquette
