Responsibilities Include:
- Manage case files, conduct research, and prepare case materials
- Draft and proofread legal documents
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, depositions, and trials
- Manage attorneys calendars and schedule meetings accordingly
- Collaborate with billing teams on client billing procedures
Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Experience in a law firm preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
