Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase our amenities to prospective residents
- Assist with the leasing process, including application review and lease agreement preparation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents and promote community events
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with leasing software and online resident portals is a plus
