Leasing Coordinator

Position Description
The Leasing Coordinator is responsible for providing front line support to the Director of Leasing and Leasing Team to ensure that all administrative and support functions are operating effectively to maintain a high level of customer service of Kraft Leasing, LLC. This role requires a high level of organization and customer service both to internal and external customers while meeting operational and service standards to maintain a high level of accuracy, safety, and productivity.
Position Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements, including explaining terms and conditions to customers, ensuring customer adherence to lease agreements, collecting deposits, credit approvals, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective and current customers, providing information on available units, addressing concerns or issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, customer information, lease agreements, and related documentation using the software or database provided.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient and effective leasing operations.
• Coordinating regular inspections of units, documenting any damage or maintenance, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
• Responsible for negotiating and scheduling transportation and delivery of inventory.
• Responsible for ordering, managing, and sending titles, licensing, and plates for units.
• Responsible for providing post-lease support to maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction to promote value of Kraft Leasing, LLC’s customer experience, including resolving customer issues or concerns.
• Communicate any unforeseen delays or issues to customers and internal departments by reviewing pending orders and specific customer requests.
• Escalate upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the leasing and sales department.
• Assist with all other tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in Salesforce.
• Proficient in Office 365 Applications.
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Service at Kraft Tank Corporation and/or a related industry.
• Qualified candidates must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communications, the ability to multi-task and a passion for quality, creative work.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• A positive can-do attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, crouch, or crawl for long periods of time.
• Computer work as needed in an office setting to keep leasing department organized and efficient.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in written or verbal skills with management and team members.
• Travel as needed to other locations by vehicle, plane, or train.
