Leasing Consultant/Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting potential residents with finding their ideal apartment home and ensuring a smooth leasing process. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and engage with prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and amenities of each unit
- Assist prospective residents with the application process, including reviewing lease agreements and collecting necessary documentation
- Follow up with prospective residents to answer any questions and provide additional information as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including traffic, leasing status, and resident retention efforts
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring that units are clean and ready for new residents
- Address resident concerns and requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of any maintenance issues
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value of our properties

```Experience```
- Previous experience in leasing or sales preferred
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi is a plus
- Strong administrative skills, including file management and organization
- Experience working with Section 8 housing is desirable but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
