Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities:
(include, but are not limited to)

• Contact prospects and assists them with information about the community
• Set appointments for Tours of the property and target apartments/model
• Ensure CRM-Knock is utilized to generate and maximize traffic
• Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate
• Assist prospects in applying online
• Coordinate with onsite teams of apartments being toured, tour routes
• Listen to all resident & prospect requests, complaints, and comments
• Partner with the Marketing team with website accuracy and visual impact
• Complete market surveys
• Complete monthly Training
• All duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college-level education preferred
• 1+ years of on-site leasing experience
• Possesses superior customer service attitude
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• One-Site experience preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Physical Demands: The job is prominently sedentary. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
