Leasing Consultant

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and assist prospective tenants, providing information about available properties
- Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities
- Process rental applications, including verifying applicant information and conducting background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms for both the tenant and the property owner
- Proficient in using property management software such as OneSite or similar platforms
- Knowledge of facilities management processes and procedures
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
