Leasing Consultant

- JOB DESCRIPTION –

Leasing Consultant:
Property management and leasing company seeking dedicated individual to perform the
following:
 Prepare lease documents
 Advertise properties on social media sites
 Research landlord/tenant information
 Process applications
 Manage work orders & maintenance request
 Update schedules and maintain on Google Drive
 Communicate with vendors landlords and tenants
 Maintain resident and landlord accounts in system
 Assist with special projects, as needed
 Type letters and correspondence
 Send out mailers as needed
 Create forms and schedules in Excel
 Maintain tenant and landlord ledgers in excel
 E-mail correspondence to tenants and owners
 Update client information in accounting system
 Schedule appointments
 Other duties (as needed)

Additional Qualifications: Oral and written communications skills required. Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook also required for qualification. Web development skills a plus but not necessary.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
