As a Leasing Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service: warmly welcoming prospective residents, understanding their needs, and showcasing the unique features and benefits of our properties.
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the leasing office and rental properties, ensuring a positive first impression for all.

Who we're looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience outside sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi preferred).
• A genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
