Leasing Agent

We are a locally owned property management company looking for a passionate Leasing Agent who is energized by other people and takes pride in helping people find their perfect home!

If you love getting to know people, building relationships, and have a knack for persuading others then this is the perfect job for you.

As a Leasing Agent, you are responsible for being the face of the multiple apartment communities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Leasing

• Conduct tours to prospective residents within a geographic area
• Follow up on all tours where an application was not submitted.

Administrative:

• Be the eyes and ears while on property. Submit work orders regarding obvious issues on the property grounds.
• Obtain 5-star reviews

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proven sales experience with the ability to negotiate effectively
• Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio) for data entry and record keeping
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
