SalaryWant to get into the property management industry? We're looking for someone to join our team and take the lead at the front desk! As the front-line-employee, you will primarily work with prospective tenants.
Your goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied!
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls
- Answering tenant questions
- Schedule property showings
- Assist customers in filling out rental applications
- Help process rental applications
- Schedule move-ins and move-outs
- Transfer utilities
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Superior customer service
- Excellent phone / verbal communication skills!
- Clerical ability (email, MS office, print, scan, etc.)
- Computer software
Job Type: Full-time
