Duties and Responsibilities-

Effectively lead and mentor a team of technicians

Dispatch work orders to maximize quality and efficiency.

QC repairs and work orders.

Diagnose and train team on repairs.

Onboard and train new technicians.

Interact with customers during pick up and drop off units.

Communicate goals and drive team towards goals.

Work with techs to complete certifications.

Perform RV repairs.

Qualifications-

RV Master Certification or similar experience level

Strong leadership skills

Organization

Time management skills

Customer service skills

Strong Communication skills

Ability to multitask

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
