Primoris Services Corporation is currently seeking an experienced remote Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator, with the ability to work well & support team virtually and in person, as necessary.
As the LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day administration of our LMS. We are looking for a self-motivated, critical thinker who enjoys challenges and being part of a team. One who also has the desire to grow in other areas within the L&D space, such as course/content development.

As the LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day administration of our LMS. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Supports the Corporate Learning & Development team by providing input regarding the structure and implementation of courses, assessments and certifications, and promotes the overall growth and scalability of the LMS.
- Maintain and manage the LMS platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Provide timely and customer-centric support for technical related inquiries or issues pertaining to content troubleshooting, curriculum implementation, navigation, or optimization.
- Upload, organize, and maintain assessments, multimedia and training content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, ensuring training programs comply with industry standards and company policies.
- Establish a cadence for periodic audits to verify training records, course content, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Generate regular reports on user engagement, course completion, and training effectiveness.
- Manage and monitor data integrity, course lifecycle process including maintaining content quality, version control and historical data.
- Establishes technical standards for the LMS and related learning systems including new implementations (e.g., data migrations, integrations, APIs, and more)
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Learning Management System Administration experience in a corporate training environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed and fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills including proven ability to collaborate with teams and individuals at all organizational levels and global regions.
- Familiarity with e-learning standards, such as SCORM, AICC, MP4, YouTube, Web
- Advanced computer knowledge Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with the UKG Learning and/or Schoox Learning Management Systems
- General understanding and use of course authoring tools: Premier, Camtasia, Articulate 360
- Prior experience in fast-paced and complex organizations
