e-Learning Experience Developer - AI Specialty
Help lead ourGlobal Fortune 500Tech client's Artificial Intelligence effort in Morrisville, NC!
You'll work with a deeply experienced team in Global Product Education as a talented and creative Learning Experience Developer, creating training and education models in the AI Space. Your part in this $1 Billion+ investment will be to help teams define what AI is, what it means to the company and how it fits into their ecosystem for their clients and internal users.
You'll use your deep experience in Instructional Design, and tech, to partner with various groups throughout the organization to help build understanding and strategic direction to fit the company's mission. You'll lead this effort by determining the most effective instructional methods for each project, addressing student needs with a blended-learning approach of virtual instructor-led training, e-courses, coaching, and self-study.
You must have a natural aptitude for developing compelling technical training in collaboration with local and international subject matter experts. Your background must include significant time working in the tech industry, and prior exposure to (and a passion for) AI in general.
Online eLearning projects: You could be called on to create learning objectives, outlines, scripting (including narration), images, on-screen text, animation, and online assessments. You will produce the script, create the course, incorporate review comments, upload training materials, and track student feedback.
Instructor-led training: you typically run online seminars for specific target users, but you might be asked to deliver live training, coaching, and demonstrations.
Other media: you might create in-app help systems, PowerPoint presentations, quick reference guides, job aids, SOPs, videos, and instructor manuals. You must be equipped with strong knowledge of authoring tools like Storyline, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative and operates comfortably in an Agile environment.
Qualifications
· #1 Can write, understand, and make complex tech language easy to understand.
· #2 Ability to do some development
· Bachelor's degree in instructional design, technical communication, or equivalent practical experience
· Comfortable with the complexities of Edge computing, Tie-in to AI, Security, Smart collaboration, Workstation Vertical, etc.
· Experience in selling or working directly with Sellers.
· Flexible and open minded - can lead the role to where they need to go
· Passion! for creating engaging and effective Learning Experiences
· Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently
· Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices
· Effective communication with the ability to convey complex material in an engaging, memorable way
· The ability to learn proprietary tools quickly by interacting with subject matter experts, and by using existing documentation, software, and tools
· Exceptional written communication skills
· Excellent English language skills are essential

Pay Details: $50.00 to $65.00 per hour
