Job Title: Veterinary Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
County Line Animal Hospital (CLAH) is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to all our clients, resolving customer issues and inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the face of our practice and will represent CLAH in a positive and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat via messaging and Pet Desk
- Providing accurate information about the veterinary services offered at CLAH
- Scheduling pet appointments accurately to include wellness as well as surgical/dental procedures
- Addressing and resolving client complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining client/pet medical records and updating client records as needed
- Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure client satisfaction
- Providing feedback to the leadership team on ways to improve client services
- End of day financial reporting
- Completing client transactions to include credit card processing
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front desk to include surrounding areas such as lobby and bathrooms
Skills:
- Knowledgeable of small animal practices to include vaccine schedules, wellness, preventative medications, routine lab work and routine surgeries
- Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills to include operating a multiline phone system
- Excellent written skills and previous use of eVet/Pulse Practice Management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in email and other relevant computer techniques for client communications
- Previous experience in Veterinary Customer Service is preferred

Requirements
- Must have at least one year of veterinary experience-REQUIRED
- Proficient administrative skills to include computers and phones
- The readiness and willingness to provide exceptional patient and client care
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A positive attitude to provide GOLD STANDARD Customer Service and the willingness to ALWAYS go above and beyond
- Outgoing and friendly to other team members, clients and vendors; Really anyone that walks through our doors or calls our practice.
