The schedule is Monday - Thursday 5am - 3:30 pm.
Position Summary:
The Industrial Mechanic technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all mechanical production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
Essential Functions:

- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain mechanical production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
- Repair and replace defective components in motors, devices, parts and varied mechanical fixtures.
- Install, maintain, repair and replace mechanical equipment and parts.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of office and production equipment and performs scheduled maintenance and machinery services.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments to various machines.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, mechanic and electric machinery and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Install improvements and major upgrades to mechanical equipment and subsystems.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED and/or an equivalent number of years of education and manufacturing mechanical engineer experience.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Mechanical engineer and/or industrial related certifications such as mechanical, equipment, electrical, etc.
- 2+ Years of experience in the manufacturing & industrial maintenance field.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
