Lead Technician

DraCool USA is seeking and individual for our Decatur, IL location to fill the position of Supervisory Technician.

Previous supervisory experience is required, preferably in an industrial service setting. Must have some experience in the jobs that accompany the supervisory role: Scheduling, time management, expense reporting, and be comfortable utilizing a computer for these items.

This is niche industry so training in the actual product is provided. You must have a driver's license, be able to pass a drug test and background check.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification along with CPR and First Aide certification is a plus.

This is a non-exempt position with starting pay at $20.00 per hour. Pay will be re-evaluated at 90 days and then yearly thereafter.
