```Duties``` - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in accordance with the curriculum guidelines - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions - Assess and monitor the development of each child, providing feedback to parents as needed - Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive learning environment - Maintain a clean and organized classroom ```Experience``` - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in an early childhood education setting - Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies - Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation - Excellent classroom management skills - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children - Understanding of literacy education and childhood development - Previous experience in a daycare or childcare setting is preferred We offer competitive pay, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
