What You Need for this Position:

• A great attitude and ability to manage/mentor a team of ambitious up-and-comers.
• Experience overseeing multiple ground-up multi-family projects within a region.
• 8+ years of experience in the general construction industry, with a focus on ground-up, wood-frame multi-family construction.
• Past work should include at least 1 ground-up, wood-frame multi-family or single-family BFR projects in a #1/Lead Superintendent capacity from concept to completion.
• Project experience should include projects greater than $50M.
• Candidates must have a solid understanding of the construction industry, job site safety requirements, contract management, planning and scheduling, budgets, building products, and relevant technology. This position requires a high level of fluency reading plans, specifications, and related project documents. Key competencies are leadership, initiative, communication, teamwork, managing for results, and coaching & mentoring.
• Must be able to read plans and specifications.
• Technical skills: Procore, Primavera P6, MS Office Suite
