This position will provide the selected candidate with a great opportunity to partner with members of the GE HealthCare Intellectual Property team as well as others across GE HealthCare. The selected candidate will provide technical and operational support for the IP team in advancing our operational excellence and providing critical insights to our legal and business colleagues.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Configure systems, business processes/workflows, and build reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Assist with strategic management of intellectual property activities, including monitoring the patent portfolio and critical deadlines.
- Maintenance of internal communication and collaboration applications.
- Supporting surveillance and forecasting activities to predict spend and manage budgets.
- Assessing invention disclosures to support patent searching and landscaping activities.
- Flexible and innovative approach to problem solving.
- Reporting and coordinating invention remuneration payments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Processes and Tools (Anaqua, Sisense, Onit, SharePoint, PowerBI, Excel, etc.).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan and execute short term projects
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable for this dynamic role.
- Exhibit qualities that illustrate a dedication to quality, continuous improvement, and complete customer satisfaction.
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own.

- Ability to streamline existing legal tools and processes and implement new legal tools and processes to manage the IP lifecycle.

- Prior experience working in an IP-related field.
