Lawn Care Specialist Lead

We are a locally owned and operated Lawn Care business seeking an experienced Lawn Care Specialist for the upcoming season. The individual must have experience, be reliable and have a passion for the quality and customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Lawn Care Specialist Lead:

• Fertilization
• Weed Control
• Aeration
• Seeding
• Communication with customers regarding Lawn Care services
• Completion of daily route assignments

Qualifications and Skills:

• Reliability, always be on time
• Must have experience with fertilizing be able to read and recall regulations and be state certified
• Must have a valid drivers’ license with a good driving record and be able to follow GPS directions to find job site locations. Preference to having your own truck to pull a trailer
• Ability to work Monday through Friday and Saturday if required (unlikely)
• Must enjoy working outdoors and be able to work in temperature ranges from teens to over 90 degrees and in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50-pound bags of fertilizer, load, unload, push, lift and guide rotary spreader with a total weight of 80-100 pounds.
• Ability to follow driving directions and familiarity with assigned service
• Ability to work independently and provide good customer service.
