Job Description Summary
Provides internal and external Ultrasound customers with remote applications support. Remote Clinical Application (RCA) Specialist supports our customer's operational issues and resolving product problems across the General Imaging, Women's Health, ABUS and Point of Care ultrasound products and various software levels and revisions.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support internal and external Ultrasound customer Applications Operational needs through Avaya phone, CRM, Sight Call, product simulators, and InSite tools as needed.
  • Assist service Technical Support Engineering (TSE) with problem resolution.
  • Develop, coordinates, and delivers remote product training content for TSE and RCA team members training sessions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Ultrasound technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute service strategy.
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)

Required Qualification
  • BS/BA; Associate degree or Active Registries required (RDMS -Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or Registry Eligible for General Imaging Ultrasound). Plus, a Registry in Cardiac or Vascular (RDCS - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) or RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist)
  • Field Applications experience and knowledge of demonstrating basic & some advanced clinical scanning information of Ultrasound. Some experience in Share Service Scanning.
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical experience and 4 years commercial experience with demonstrated skills in specific advanced ultrasound product features.
  • Experience with GE Ultrasound products, to include Logiq, Voluson, Versana, ABUS and Venue
  • Proficiency in computer, network, and connectivity skills to include Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Superior interpersonal and telephone communication skills with exceptional professional disposition and demeanor.
  • Willingness to travel, as needed, with overnight stays depending on geography and business needs.
  • Demonstrated successful experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales and service process.
  • Ability to communicate effectively using local language.

The salary range for this position is 86,560.00 - 108,200.00 - 129,840.00. The specific salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity ONLY IF APPLICABLE. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement, and paid leave.
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $86,560.00-$129,840.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
