Lead Architect

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Lead Architect to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will work as part of our government professional services team building custom software applications using Unity, Photogrammetry, Geospatial, XR, and ML & CV. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of large scale, secure, and high quality multi-platform Digital Twin, interactive 3D training, and real world simulation applications.

Job Responsibilities

As a Lead Architect, you will:

• Leading a cross-functional development team of developers, artists, and quality analysts to develop outstanding applications and games.
• Leading technical activities from design concept through implementation.
• Drive technical direction of software features
• Participating in code reviews to ensure only high quality software is committed.
• Champaign agile software development methodologies and devops practices
• Architect technical solutions in collaboration with clients

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
• Consistent track record of delivering products with Unity and C#.
• 15+ years of experience as an architect; with a minimum of 3 years leading teams
• Experience with using Kogito Business Process Automation technology for discrete event simulations
• Demonstrable experience with Digital Twin projects for government customers
• Experience working with a variety of Public and Government Cloud Providers, specifically with AWS application deployments leveraging specialized GPUs
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, and Argo

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity within creating digital twins in government, manufacturing, or urban engineering domains
• Experience with video streaming and/or photogrammetry
