Lead Service Technician

We are looking for individuals with experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing commercial doors and windows while providing quality customer service who can help train our Service Technicians for our divisions in PA, NJ, DE, MD, Fl, and other cities and states as we continue to grow. We are offering relocation packages for those willing to move to new states.

Our technicians complete over 200 work orders per month while working their way through our certification program to become a Level I, II, III, and Lead technician. This role would assist in the training of these technicians as while identifying parts and completing work orders as needed.

Some of the duties and responsibilities of this role may include -

• Diagnose and repair commercial doors and windows.
• Enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Training technicians with little or no experience.
• Identifying parts and putting together job descriptions to present to customers.
• Communicate between field staff, office staff, and customers regarding technical details.
• Prepping materials for jobs to be installed. This may include building door frames, and installing door hardware.

- Service software experience is a plus.

- This position offers a take home van for those who qualify.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
