Infosys is seeking Lead SAP Data Migration Consultant

As a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

• The location for this position is El Segundo, California. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 7years hands-on development experience with SAP Data migration area
• Should have led the Data Migration track in at least 1 S/4 HANA implementation project.
• Fully aware of the ETL process and possess expertise in usage of S/4 HANA Data Migration cockpit.
• Previously lead large scale Data Migration programs
• Define and guide customer through Data Migration strategy.
• Hands on experience in Extraction Transformation and Load for Data coming from SAP or non-SAP sources to SAP S/4 HANA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Client Interfacing skills
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Capable of working on a high-pressure work environment
• Share perspectives about best practices, common technical issues & approaches.
• Experience with SAP Data Migration using tools like SAP BODS, SAP LTMC etc.
• Possess reasonable functional knowledge of various SAP modules, SAP table structures linked to typical Data Migration objects.
• Full life cycle implementation cycle with Blueprinting, fit gap analysis, configurations, Data Migrations, cutovers and go live experience.
• Relevant SAP certifications in SAP Data Migration
