WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Manager, Purchase to Pay Business Support! This role is responsible for the execution of Procure to Pay (P2P) Indirect Business Support activities globally or within a Geo, including P2P Indirect employee and supplier inquiry resolution. Ensures support teams and the Managed Service Provider (MSP) uphold customer service excellence throughout the P2P Indirect employee and supplier inquiry resolution process.
The candidate needs to have strong analytical skills, procurement experience and the ability to manage our competing business needs and collaborators.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

- Serving as the point of contact for global P2P Indirect employee and supplier inquiries and partner concerns, ensuring effective communication and interaction between Controlling, Indirect suppliers, and the MSP.
- Providing periodic review of Indirect P2P self-service materials to ensure appropriate Tier 0 support.
- Resolving Tier 2 inquiries and recording the solution in relevant systems, directing the MSP to close the case and initiate survey.
- Reviewing and interpreting survey results analyzed by the MSP and presenting findings to leadership.
- Identifying trends in employee and supplier critical issues and partners with the Sr Dir, GPO P2P to update policies and procedures as needed to minimize future blocking issues.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on P2P Indirect support and inquiry resolution at a multi-national company
- People manager experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in providing quality customer service
