Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Teach various subjects including math, language arts, science, and social studies.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.
Experience:
CDA or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
