- Location: Greensboro, NC
- Pay rate: $145k 155k/year (based on experience)
- Shift: 8:00am 5:00pm, Monday
- Shift: 8:00am 5:00pm, Monday Friday
- Job Type: Direct Hire

What you will do:
- Work with key stakeholders and internal Centers of Expertise (COE) partners to develop and implement function specific initiatives that are consistent with the overall People Strategies
- Implement programs and processes with a special emphasis on creating a performance based culture
- Act as a strategic consultant to senior level leadership within the organization to develop people strategies
- Oversee escalated discipline for all salaried employees by identifying Human Resources issues and investigating complaints and concerns
- Work directly with leadership to identify opportunities in the People strategy and develop creative solutions
What we need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
- Experience with strategic growth
- Experience supporting VP's or Directors
