- Perform vital signs measurements, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate
- Provide exceptional patient service by greeting patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and verifying insurance information
- Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and assist with procedures as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and equipment
- Administer medications under the direction of healthcare providers
- Assist with X-rays and other diagnostic procedures as required
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to accurately document patient information
- Assist with coding and billing processes as necessary
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred
- Previous experience working in a hospital or medical office setting is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficiency in medication administration and basic clinical procedures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage patient records accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
