We are seeking an enthusiastic & committed LEAD LINE COOK for our taproom location in Brookfield Place!

Do you have experience with?
- Handling and preparing food at various stations within a scratch kitchen
- Conducting final food preparation including plating and garnishing
- Knowledge and mastery of every station on the line including pizza
- Shift management and leadership of all staff during any shift in which the Executive Chef is not present
- Maintaining accurate prep lists and par sheets
- Assisting with bi-weekly inventory
- Placing food and produce orders, as needed
- Making sure all staff during shift adhere to company standards
At least one year of kitchen management experience required
