What you will do as a (Lead Cook):
- The Lead Cook will have the ability to cook food orders in a timely, neat, and organized manner according to the needs of the guest.
- Proficiency in demonstrating an understanding of assisting in controlling product costs by ensuring the proper management of product waste. Attempts to control food costs; throw away, etc.
- Capacity to demonstrate a lead role in training new employees, accurately following daily production schedules, while ensuring proper cooking techniques and the highest quality standards are upheld.
To be successful as a (Lead Cook), you'll need:
- 3+ years of previous culinary experience is preferred.
